Refund & Return Policy

Because our jewellery and bracelets are handmade, we accept returns/refunds only in case of defects or damage caused by us or during shipping/delivery.

Eligible Cases (Return/Refund Accepted)

You may request a return/refund only if:

  • You received a defective item, or
  • The item was damaged during shipping/delivery, or
  • You received the wrong item.

Unboxing Video is Mandatory

To approve any return/refund request, you must provide a clear, continuous video recorded while opening the package (unboxing) showing:

  • the sealed package,
  • the opening process,
  • and the defect/damage clearly.

Without an unboxing video, Tesoro Savia will not be able to process a return or refund.

Return Request Timeframe

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery to report the issue and request a return/refund.

Conditions

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received (except for the reported defect/damage).

Not Eligible (No Return/Refund)

We do not accept returns/refunds for:

  • change of mind,
  • normal wear and tear,
  • minor variations in color/finish/design due to the handmade nature of the product,
  • damage caused after delivery due to customer handling.

How to Request a Return/Refund

  1. Contact Tesoro Savia on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery: +91-9188447677
  2. Share your order number and the unboxing video (photos optional).
  3. We will review and confirm approval or rejection.
  4. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund  (depending on availability and the case) within 5 to 7 days.
  5. The replaced/exchanged product will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days

Refund Timeline

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after approval/return verification.
